Our pipe lining technology is so advanced, it can be used to create a one-piece junction repair.  The liner repairs the main run of drain and the lateral connection at the same time. Antiquated junction liners use a series of ropes to pull the liner into the drain, but this was found to be inaccurate and prone to failure.  Pipe Hunter uses a German system which inverts the lateral section of liner into place, allowing us to position the liner precisely.

The epoxy resin used in Pipe Hunter’s system is chemically engineered specifically for pipe lining. It has the structural properties of a PVC pipe, offering the same hardness and flexibility as PVC.

Our high performance materials create a perfectly stable laminate layer within the damaged junction. This layer has the structural integrity of a new pipe; it can stand alone, even spanning voids in damaged junctions to create a new pipe within the old one.  The result is a permanent repair to the damaged junction, completed without excavating the surrounding area.

We can line 100mm and 150mm junctions in 88° or 45° configuration.  This system is also ideal for repairing broken lead-off junctions on boundary shafts.
